Return Policy

  1. Only accept returns on damaged goods or incorrect orders.
  2. No returns on custom shoes or paintings. 

Exchange Policy

  1. Only accept exchanges on damaged goods or incorrect orders.
  2. No exchanges on custom shoes and paintings.

How to start an exchange or return:

  1. We accept returns or exchanges up to 7 days after delivery date if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Email us at senpaicustoms@gmail.com with images of the damaged product, your order number, and the name the order was placed under.
  3. We will get back to you within a 48 hour window approving your exchange or requesting more information.

Damages and issues 

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds 

  1. No refunds on custom shoes and paintings. 
  2. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
